The takedown
Pavers don't fail — the joint sand does. We surface-clean every paver, blast the old sand from the joints, refill with premium polymeric sand that locks out weeds and ants, and finish with a sealer that brings back the rich wet-look colour.
Weeds, ants and that washed-out grey all trace back to failed joint sand. Once we re-sand with polymeric and seal, the surface locks up solid, sheds water, and holds its colour for years instead of months.
